Depending on the Brew and the bottles. Many home brewers put their beer in UV protected bottles (green or brown ones) and keep it for many years. As long as the sun hasn’t affected the taste amd it was a good brew to start with. I mean now a CHEAP beer from the grocery, it can remain good to drink for years. I still have some that I made two years ago and it tastes better every month. Aging the brew mellows the flavor. Some people think because it doesn’t have a zing to it that it is a bad beer. Nope, as long as it has carbonation it it, it is still good to drink. Homebrews can be brought back to life by adding a little sugar (about 1tsp to 12 ounces) and recapping the bottle. the residual yeast creates more CO2 and the beer is back to life in a couple of weeks. If you decide to throw it away be sure to recycle the bottles!

Deluxe Edition, a retrospective of her 15 years with Alligator Records, may not include such classics as “I Got What It Takes” and the Willie Dixon-penned “Twenty-Nine Ways,” but it does have “I’m a Woman,” Taylor’s an…

On Brand New Year, the band move their straight-ahead rock & ro…

The title for this play is taken from a little known nursery rhyme, which involves a game between mother and child.
