First time Making Beer how much would reusable supplies cost?
How much is a cheap beer making set up with everything not including yeast hops etc…. if you buy it all seperately. bucket for a carboy type… i have only done this once with a friend and it was pritty fun and would like to do it myself..

it seems like finding a huge pot is the hardest part..
Check eBay. You can usually get a kit for about $70. If you can get a used one, you can do even better. I started with a standard kit and added to my collection of equipment thru flea markets, craigslist, and building my own gear. The book Brew Ware helped with the last. I started with a 5 gal. stock pot but eventually picked up a 10-gallon one with tap at a flea market — for $10. And, yes, it was stainless steel.
