is it illegal to Brew Your Own Beer at home?
I am thinking of orderin some kit to brew my own beer for my party coming up is it legal??
Quite legal, ever since Jimmy Carter signed the bill legalizing it for home use. Making your own wine had been legal since Prohibition ended. The only no-nos are selling or distilling what you make.
May I suggest the Brewer’s Best kit or another one that makes 5-gallon batches? Stay away from toys like Mr Beer. You will want to upgrade after you make your first batch and the better kits are more cost-effective.
