What are good Beers this time of year to brew?
So now I feel like Brewing something. It is too late for a Bock in the seasonal sense so what other beers would be fun to brew now?
Brewing falls in the Beer category but hobbies is also a good idea.
Wheat Beer is something that I have not tried. Actually I have only made 4 Types Of Beer so I should just say that.
Brew any beer you want. No one is constrained by seasonal and thus environmental parameters today as brewers once were. The think a wheat beer is a great choice. You might also consider Schwarz Beer, English Brown Ales, or if you want to be adventurous start brewing Weissbier.
