Homebrew Recipes
I would like to Brew a homebrew version of Peroni Beer. Does a recipe exist?
First off, since Peroni is a lager, it helps if you have lagering capabilities. Otherwise you could use a Kolsch yeast or a really neutral lager yeast and ferment as cool as you can in the ale range.
Are you doing extract? partial extract? allgrain?
