I want to start making my home brewed Beer on a larger scale…?
because I want to distribute it to some of our local bars. What kind of licensing is required in Indiana? Any other considerations?
You have to register with the state as a brewery. For starting out, I recommend you find a local brewery who will do contract Brewing. This way, you won’t need to buy your own equipment. BTW, it’s very difficult to get a loan to start a brewery since 90% go out of business within months after they open (many never even open).
What makes you think your Beers are good enough to sell. Every homebrewer has a recipe or two that their friends love to drink, but it’s Free Beer at this point. The moment you put a price tag on it, it’s not so good.
