Breweries
Does a trend of styles exist across the USA craft breweries of certain styles?
What I mean is does certain regions Brew certain Beers more than others? Know for certain beers?
To some degree yes but generally no. With the technologies of refrigeration and transportation styles are not geographically located as they one where. In larger cities brewers can offer more of both older (old world) styles and experimental styles.

Not much more to say. Ales have been the natural styles for both home brewers and craft brewers. The reason being they are cheaper to process due mainly to reduced energy usage and a faster turn over rate. By having a Beer ready faster the tank space can be made available sooner for the next batch. It boils (pun inteneded) down to brewery logistics and thus economics. The California style Pale Ale was first made popular by either the New Albion or Sierra Nevada breweries. This style, based on the English beer, was the beer of choice for brewers until other styles were explored. By the time other regions started to pass laws following the western states many styles were being brewed. Thus no one style actually became dominate for any region.
