Macro or Micro, which breweries would you rather drink?
Does America’s average person prefer Bud, Miller, and Corona? or do we really support our own guys working in the Brewpubs and microbreweries creating the real stuff?
The majority of Americans definately seem to drink a lotta macros. I think a lot of peple don’t realize the difference in taste between a fizzy macro and a really good microbrew. Even the big imports like Heineken, Stella, Corona, Amstel, etc. are produced the same way and yeild a similar, watery, sometimes skunky flavor. I do realize there is a price difference (I was once a poor college student), but it’s totally more about quality than quantity. You definitely get what you pay for. Once you start drinking really Good Beer, you can never go back!
